Join us on Sunday, August 27th for an evening in the Roman countryside! Lazio is a region in central Italy that is full of history and a diverse landscape of mountains, rivers, lakes, plains and the sea, ideal for cultivating plenty of culinary delights.
Rachael's very first journey to Italy was in Lazio. She lived in an ancient walled-in city called Casperia in the Sabina Mountains just outside of Rome, where she worked in an Agriturismo (farm/restaurant). Needless to say, Lazio and its cuisine is very near and dear to her heart.
We hope you will join us for this multi-course family-style meal with food and wine from this region!
