Trentino/Alto Adige Regional Dinner

Travel all the way up north in Italy's eastern side, and you'll find the gorgeous dolomites with limestone sawtooth mountains and a land bordering Switzerland and Austria with strong Germanic influence. Its a fun blend of culture and comes across in the food too! Let's take a trip way up north for some Alpine Cuisine!
